Strength + Conditioning Classes are on Tuesdays + Thursdays, starting June 3, 2019.

Our Strength & Conditioning Curriculum focuses on developing & improving Health Related Fitness which includes Muscular Strength, Muscular Endurance, Cardiovascular Endurance, Flexibility and Improved Body Composition. Also, Skill Related Fitness which includes Agility, Balance, Coordination, Speed, Reaction Time and Explosive Power.

Cost: This activity is included in your sponsored membership.
*Youth members must have completed Youth Orientation and have an active membership.
