Youth Weight Training Orientation will be held every Monday from 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm and participation is required for all youth members who want to utilize the weight training equipment.

One of the most important reasons to maintain proper form during weight lifting exercises is to prevent injury. When we lift a lot of heavy weight, this can cause the body to become misaligned that can place your tendons, muscles and joints in positions that can potentially cause strains or tears.
For these reasons we want to ensure our youth members are taught how to use our equipment and most of all using proper form at all times.
Youth members that sign up for orientation will receive instruction from a certified personal trainer.
*Required by all youth memberships.
*Youth must have attended a youth orientation and have an active membership.
